and the timely informing of the professional community about research results.

At the same time, due to the martial law in force in Ukraine since 2022,
temporary adjustments or shifts in the publication schedule may occur, taking into account security and logistical factors.
The editorial board promptly informs authors and readers about such changes through official communication channels.
Nevertheless, maintaining the regularity of publication remains a priority for the editorial board.
